MANAGEMENT OF THE PRODUCTION OF PROCESS USING ERP, MES, STOPA COMPACT AND MODULA

We undertake ongoing monitoring of the progress of orders by integrating ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System). We take care of the actual storage of raw materials using a “Stopa Compact” automated storage system for optimum space and process management Components are managed using Modula automated vertical warehousing.

Bending

Our cutting-edge bending machinery gives maximum precision of corners and bends, even when working with very thick sheet metal.

Automated laser cutting

We use laser cutting for the guarantee of a perfect finish and millimetre-precise measurements, even with complex materials. The machines are loaded and unloaded automatically because we have the benefit of an automated warehousing system.

Welding

Robotic welding has the advantage of producing even and robust welds, optimising the production process and reducing margins of error. Our technical personnel handle manual welding processes on a day-to-day basis.

Composed of a Hyundai HH06L robot arm connected to a double lathe with a reach of 2200mmx1300m and 500kg capacity with a Fronius TPSi 500 generator and PMC for Inox-Aluminium -FE welding connected to the management software.
